Stay Policies
- Space rent is based on 2 adults. Overnight guest fee is $5.00 per guest, per night, for short stays – guests must be registered and paid in advance at the office.
- Maximum of 2 adults, 2 pets, and 2 vehicles per site, per stay.
- Large propane tanks are available to lease for tenants on a monthly lease: $199 set-up fee plus the park rate for propane per gallon, billed with rent. A yearly lease fee of $45 applies starting after the first year.
- Returned check fee: $25.00
Every site is equipped with full hookups, and each is individually hardwired for its own high-speed internet connection of up to 1 Gig, available for purchase directly through the local provider.
